TRUE COMBAT ELITE
TRUE COMBAT ELITE HAS REALISTIC AND DEADLY WEAPONS.
All of the guns pack a deadly punch, just like the real life weapons they emulate. It’s pretty similar to Counterstrike, but allot more realistic, featuring prone, iron and leaning sights. It’s high resolution textures make make true combat elite look much more realistic than other mods like Urban Terror which use a similar game engine.
The way the game is played is that you have objectives that need to be met. This is a bomb and defuse type of game with no respawning. The game also features body count. Body count is team deathmatch style of play.
The True combat elite is starting to regain popularity, and is finally reaching the popularity it deserves. It’s a great game that’s free, If you can appreciate realism games check out True Combat Elite. There are servers online out there to play this game.
Give it a try I actually been playing it the last few weeks while taking a break from Eve Online and enjoy True combat elite just as much and feel its one of the better Linux Games out there for this genre.

The graphics are awesome and really realistic.
The gameplay is perfect and allows you to be a rusher or to progress silently in the map.
There are plenty of very good maps that have a pretty smart layout.
The default? Only 2 : it’s not played enough.
characters animation is weirdos.
If you like FPS games and good challenges, TCE is your best option!
